With a degree in sport science and nearly 30 years of experience working in sport he is recognised as one of the top mental fitness coaches in the world. He has stood in the ring with world boxing champions, prepared elite athletes for the Olympics and works regularly with motorsport clients to help them prepare for international competition. Alan is well known for his ability to instil extraordinary levels of self-belief, focus and determination in people, helping them control anxiety levels, distractions and quashing any doubts they may have.

    The course has been designed to be used for all levels and disciplines of motorsport.

    If you are a parent of a child or teen doing motorsport, you will find it extremely useful to help them develop mental skills.

  • How long will it take to complete the course?

    The course is designed as a 28-day program. However, the content is available to you for a full year. Think of it as 365 days of mental fitness training. You can do the course within your own time and dip in and out to implement new exercises to add to your workouts throughout the season. Alternatively, you can follow the 28-day plan as set out.

  • Will there be updates to the course course ?

    The content for the course may develop over time and new exercises and podcasts, as well as webinars and interviews with top athletes and coaches, may be added. The good news is, that all the updates are available for FREE as they are added during the year that you have your plan.
