The Course starts with 4 Hours of Live Training at the Sport Ireland Campus, Dublin. You will also gain immediate access to the 'Online Confident Athlete' course, which includes all the exercises demonstrated on the live day. The course will end with a follow up one hour live streaming session 28 days later.

The Confident Athlete is a 28-day mental fitness training system that kicks off with four hours of live training in the Sport Ireland Campus, Dublin. This live session will provide you with all the tools you need to develop supreme confidence as well as the structured day by day training plan.

The live training will be supported by the full online version of the system, so you will have access to all the exercises, techniques and skills, explained, and demonstrated for ease of use with PDF downloads, videos and Mp3 recordings to use at a time that suits you.

The 28 day plan is then wrapped up with a live streaming workshop where we can discuss the progress made and answer any other questions that the group may have.

    The workshop takes place from 9am - 1pm.

    The content and training plan has been designed to be used in all sports.

    It is most suitable for those who are competing in their sport for longer than 2 years.

    If you are a coach you will also find it extremely useful to help you develop mental skills for your athletes and give them a solid plan to follow.

  • Will there be updates to the program?

    The content for the program may develop over time and new exercises and podcasts, as well as webinars and interviews with top athletes and coaches may be added. The good news is, all the updates are available for FREE as they are added during the year that you have your plan.

  • Is it possible to make the course available to my club/team or client base?
